"I'm fat, and I need to go on a diet." But Lu Chen retorted,
"If you're calling yourself fat, then every other girl is fat." There was no way Bai Xiaoqing was fat. She was more than fit. He didn't understand why girls like Song Yani and Bai Xiaoqing thought of themselves like that.
"You're only saying that." Bai Xiaoqing looked away.
"I'm not. You look really beautiful. But I think you need a bit more on your arms." Lu Chen grabbed her hand, "See, pretty bony." He didn't hesitate as he placed an egg tart onto Bai Geming's plate.
"Try it." "...Alright." Bai Xiaoqing nodded and took a bite out of it. Her face brightened,

Lu Chen smiled, "Then try these as well." He placed a couple of more onto her plate. Bai Xiaoqing shook her head,
"I can't eat this much."
"If you can't, I'll finish it for you." Lu Chen added.

"Huh?" Lu Chen tilted his head, "What do you an?" He was only going to eat the ones she couldn't finish.
"Ahem!" As Bai Xiaoqing was going to explain, a cold cough caught the two. The two turned to look at Bai Geming,
"You two need to stop flirting."
"How is this flirting?" Lu Chen was confused.
"..." Bai Geming grabbed his head and turned to Lu Xiaotong, "Your son is going to get into big trouble one day." He could see it now.
"...I know." Lu Xiaotong grabbed his head. Lu Chen tilted his head, confused.
"What did I do wrong?"
"Nothing, just eat your food." Bai Geming glanced at Lu Chen.

"...You actually finished it all." Bai Ling said with surprise when he saw all the finished plates on the table. Lu Chen nodded,
"Mmhmm. And I could go for dessert." Lu Chen thought as he turned to Bai Xiaoqing, "Want to get so coconut pudding?"
"Maybe later." This ti, Bai Xiaoqing was full. Lu Chen kept putting food on her plate.
"Alright."
"Kid." Bai Geming placed his tea down and looked at him, "We need to talk about sothing."
"Oh, you an the finalization of the contract, right?"
"It's the- How did you know?" Lu Chen took the words right out of Bai Geming's mouth.
"You said for the most part. That ans you haven't finalized it." Lu Chen explained.
"..." Bai Geming turned to Lu Xiaotong, "Alright, how does he pick on cues like this. But he can't pick up cues on him picking up girls?"

"....Get to the point." Lu Chen's expression was black. These two were trying to piss him off.
"Anyways, you're right. The contract isn't finalized. We have gotten down to everything. But I'm the one who had to put my word in." Bai Geming was still the head of the family.
