Chapter 60: Trust .
Trying to escape from this embarrassing situation, Lu Chen decides to change the conversation. He asks, "ixiu, how do you do on the mock test?"
Ye ixiu understands what Lu Chen is trying to do and follows up on his queue. She quickly answers him, "I definitely got first place on the test."
First place? Lu Chen starts to chuckle at her and retorts, “Aren’t you a little too overconfident?” When Elder Wu heard what Lu Chen said, he was about to retort at him. Young master, aren't you the pot calling the kettle black?
But noticing how the two children are about to be imrsed in their own conversation, he decides to not say anything.
From his retort, Ye ixiu puffs up her chest, “I have the right to be overly confident in myself, brother Chen. After all, I had always placed first in our school rankings.”
“You’re the one that always ranked first in our grade?!” Lu Chen looks at her in bewildernt. He never expects that the smartest person in his grade would be his little sister.
Ye ixiu nods her head proudly at him, “Mmhmm. I’ve been placing first in every grade that I have been in.”
“That’s amazing, Xiao Xiu!” Elder Wu cuts in and praises Ye ixiu. Then he starts to glances over to Lu Chen as he gives him a pitiful look, “As for our young master over here.”
Lu Chen scratches his head in embarrassnt. To think the two people in the car together are the smartest and worst students in the school. Even Lu Chen finds it strange that both of them are together. Seeing his embarrassed face, Ye ixiu giggles and then suggests,
“Brother Chen, do you want to tutor you then?” She had been very attentive to what Lu Chen does. And his grades especially. That is her advantage point. Not only is she beautiful, but she is also smart to boot. It's the perfect situation for her.
When Ye ixiu suggests that to Lu Chen, Elder Wu beca ecstatic about it. Lu Chen would not only be tutored by the smartest student, but it would also allow the two’s relationship to grow closer.

This ti Elder Wu couldn’t hold it in anymore as the words Ye ixiu said were the exact words he wanted to say to Lu Chen. And this ti, her words were even more directly from the last one, and he couldn’t keep it in anymore.
