Chapter 509: One-sided?
Gao Shun pointed at Han ng, who stood on the sidelines. And he explained to Lu Chen,
"I asked Wencheng to call you here because I wanted to see what you're capable of." Seeing how he fought Bai Lei and demolished him, Gao Shun beca interested in Lu Chen.
"..." I knew this was going to happen. Lu Wencheng slapped himself on the head. He knew Gao Shun wouldn't co here without starting sothing up!
Lu Chen looked at Lu Wencheng, and the latter gave him a look. It was his decision on whether to fight. His decision was;
"Alright, I will spar." Gao Shun wasn't the only one who was curious. Lu Chen was interested too.
Gao Shun smiled, "Alright! But I don't think you can fight with the clothes you're wearing right now." Lu Chen wore formal clothing. Compared to Han ng, who was ready to fight, Lu Chen wasn't.
"Xiao Chen, there are clothes for you inside." Lu Wencheng added.
Once Lu Chen left, Lu Wencheng stared at Gao Shun, "What are you planning?"
"Nothing. I want to see if your grandson is actually that good." Gao Shun said calmly.
"..." Really? Is that really it?
It didn't take long before Lu Chen returned, dressed in lighter clothes. He and Han ng stood a few ters from Lu Wencheng and Gao Shun.
Han ng continued to be silent as he stared at Lu Chen. And Lu Chen bowed his head slightly,
"Thank you for the match."
"Alright! This spar will last for 3 minutes. Nothing more, nothing less."
The two nodded.
"Fight!" Gao Shun shouted, sounding the fight! And Han ng made the first move as he rushed at Lu Chen!
"!" Fast! Lu Chen quickly raised his guard to block the punch coming to his face.
"Gah!" But that wasn't enough to block it. Han ng's fist went through his guard, smacking him in the face! And this wasn't the end. Han ng continued his assault and attacked Lu Chen in all his vital spots!
Han ng was different from Bai Lei from the get-go. He wasn't flaying his arms around like a monkey. His aim was;
End him from the start!
Watching the one-sided assault, Gao Shun frowned, "Are you sure Lu Chen was trained by Wu Guoliang?"
"Guoliang has been training him for quite so ti now." Lu Wencheng added.
"Then why is he so weak? This doesn't make any sense." Gao Shun retorted. How could he train a student like this? Wu Guoliang was talented and was definitely a great teacher. So it was odd to see Lu Chen fight like this.
Lu Chen was getting destroyed by Han ng.
Did Bai Lei ss around that much? There was sothing wrong with how fast Lu Chen was getting demolished. He continued to put up his guard, but it was so weak as Han ng broke through it in a couple of punches!
"I don't know what's going on either." Lu Wencheng said with worry.
After a few minutes, Lu Chen breathed heavily while Han ng stared at him. Lu Chen was bruised up, and Han ng was spotless.
Han ng frowned as he looked at Gao Shun, "Master, I think that's enough. The outco is clear." There was no need to continue the fight.
But,
"No. It's not over!" Lu Chen called out.
Han ng frowned, "Do you not feel your injuries?"
"It's not over. It hasn't been 3 minutes."
Han ng looked over to Gao Shun, and the latter nodded. If the person said to keep going, then why should they stop? Han ng dashed up, ready to beat on Lu Chen again!
But,
"It seems I've gotten used to it now." Lu Chen smirked as he didn't hesitate to swing his hand too! His fist was fast and landed a direct hit right into Han ng's right cheek!
