He's been staying at the company for the past week.

When he walks in, Zhang Jian sees his father talking on his phone.

Right now, he's on the phone with one of his business partners.
Zhang Jian stands there while tapping his shoulders, already annoyed with the situation. After Zhang Guo finished with the call, Zhang Jian asks him again,
"So, what do you want?" Knowing his father's personality, Zhang Jian knows there's a reason for him to call him out.
"Starting tomorrow, I want you to work at the company."

"I want you to work at the company. We have an opening, and I want you to take it."
"Forget about it. Give it to sobody else. I'm not going to work at the company."

"Also here." Zhang Guo then hands Zhang Jian a folder.
"?" When Zhang Jian looks inside, there's a photo of a girl. She's beautiful, but not to Zhang Jian's taste.
"Who's this?"
"Your mother arranged a marriage eting with her. She's beautiful and from an influential family as well." If it was the usual, Zhang Jian might have gone.
