Chapter 227: Order
"Then, let's go." Lu Chen smiles as he walks off with the three, not minding the prayers directed to him. Zhang Jian is the only person crying from this developnt.
As the four of them walked to the canteen, they were getting looked at constantly by everybody they pass. The eye candy of the four combined was too strong for people not to look at them. And the student's stares went to the next level when Lu Chen waved his hand when he heard so girls calling out to him.
It took them at least ten minutes for the four to get to the canteen when Lu Chen got sward by the group of girls.
When they got to the canteen at the school, it looked nothing like a canteen from an ordinary school.
It's a five-star restaurant. The canteen split between two floors, and each floor was covered in white marble. And the restaurant uses the best materials the world has to offer. Even the ticket machine uses a touch screen.
"Damn, I didn't think there would be so many people here even after we ca here so early." Even with the ten minutes wasted, they still ca earlier than lunchti. Or so he thought.
"There are so seats available upstairs." Zhang Jian ca back from the second floor. Luckily, there is a table for two upstairs.
When the four take the table, Zhang Jian suggests, " How about we go ask the people over there if we can borrow their seats?" There's a table of four next to them, and only two people are sitting there.
Lu Chen nods to that. He walks up to the table and asks, "Hi, can we borrow these two seats if you guys aren't using them?"
"What do you-" The two students got annoyed. Hearing how Lu Chen was speaking casually towards them made them feel inferior.
Before they could finish their sentence, they saw it was Lu Chen. Their faces imdiately turn pale!
"We're so sorry! We'll give you the seats! Please don't kill us!" The two students imdiately grabbed their stuff and quickly ran as fast as possible out of the floor!
What was left on the floor was Lu Chen stunned by confusion.
'What in the world? Did I make a scary face or sothing? How could they run so fast?' He never expects the students would be etched with fear of him. Turning around, he saw the other students not looking at them, looking far away, to be honest.
Seeing the confused look on his face, Zhang Jian went close to him and whisper,
"Rember how people saw your fight with the thugs?" When Lu Chen heard that, it made much more sense now. Rembering what Zhang Jian said before on how he looked, he knew people would be afraid of him. But it was still surprising that they would run away from him as soon as they saw him.
"Well, we got a table now. So let's sit." As the four of them sat at the table, Lu Chen suggests,
"Zhang Jian and I will go grab food for you guys. Do you guys have any preference on what food you want?"
Feng ifeng nods her head, "Pick whatever you feel is best." The food at the canteen was made with the highest quality of ingredients.
Anything there would be delicious. However, the price for it was enormous too.
"Brother Chen, you already know what I like. So choose whatever." Ye ixiu smiled and didn't say anything else to him.
"Ok, let's go." Grabbing Zhang Jian, the two left the girls alone at the table. When Zhang Jian was being dragged, he couldn't help but look back at the two. Without Lu Chen there, he knew sothing bad was going to happen.
And yes, it did. The mont the two left, the air at the table changed.
"Feng fieng, let's have a talk, shall we."The angelic expression Ye ixiu has before was nowhere to be seen. What replaced it is a look of contempt and superiority.
When Feng ifeng saw her expression, she was surprised. Never did she think that Ye ixiu could make such an expression.
"What is your relationship with my brother Chen?" The tone from her voice sounded nothing like a question.
It was an order.
