Chapter 198: I’m coming with you

But Lu Chen gets off of Zhang Jian and brushes him off, "Like I said, I'm fine." He couldn't show any weakness. And especially not in front of Long Shen.

The paradic walks up to Lu Chen now, "Sir, you need to take the ambulance right now." Never did he expect Lu Chen to be the one who's the most injured. And letting Lu Chen continue on like this would be horrible.

"No, I'm perfectly-" Before Lu Chen could finish his sentence, he was about to fall again. And Zhang Jian was there to catch him again.

When Zhang Jian looks at him this ti, he realizes Lu Chen turns for the worst. An endless amount of sweat flows down Lu Chen's forehead, and his complexion turns pale.

"Heh, maybe I should go to the hospital." Lu Chen chuckles as he quips.

"You think? You should have just told us in the nurse's office." The veins on Zhang Jian's head were about to explode.

"I didn't want you guys to worry about . What would happen if I told you that it was actually serious." Knowing what happened before, Feng ifeng would feel guilty and cry, and Zhang Jian would be worrying like crazy.

"You idiot! Even if you didn't tell us, aren't we worrying right now?!" The logic in Lu Chen's thought is flawed. Not telling just made it much worse.

"I know, I know." Looking at Feng ifeng, ready to burst a dam in her eyes, and Zhang Jian looking to punch him, Lu Chen knew he ssed up.

But Lu Chen couldn't worry about them as everything around him is turning dark. But he can't show it. Getting back up, "Alright, Alright, I'll take the ambulance." But then he puts his hand up,

"Relax, I'm perfectly capable of walking towards the car."

From the expression on Zhang Jian's face, Lu Chen felt if he even gave any signs of fainting, then Zhang Jian would carry him to the ambulance. That would be the awkwardest thing ever.

As Lu Chen limps towards the ambulance, the paradic and Zhang Jian stuck to his side in case of ergency.

Seeing how weak Lu Chen looks, the crowd realizes the person who's injured the most is Lu Chen! But they didn't felt any pity or sorrow. Instead, they just see Lu Chen as powerful and thoughtful. For him to hide all this pain for his friends showed his character.

And the crowd couldn't help but be reminded of what Long Shen did. The two people’s characters are miles apart. The students felt a wave of contempt as they look at Long Shen.

When Lu Chen got on the bed, Feng ifeng asked, "Do you want to-" Feng ifeng wanted to ask him if she could go with him. Letting Lu Chen go by himself would be a bit uncalled for.

However, she held herself back. She couldn't finish her sentence.

What good would I do if I go with him?

Feng ifeng felt if she went with him, she would just be there, standing there like a fool. What could she do for him?

Doubt embraces her mind as she didn't want to hinder Lu Chen.

Before the ambulance can take off from the scene, sobody else calls out to Lu Chen,

"Hold it, I'm coming with you too."

The person who called out to him is none other than Liu Fei Fei! When she says this, nobody had expected she would go with Lu Chen!

Aren't you guys after each other's neck? Why the hell are you going with him?

Yao Shao and Tang Weimin had their mouths gaping at her. While Long Shen has a dark expression while he looks up at her. Feng ifeng has a distasteful look.

The only two who didn't make a weird expression are Zhang Jian and Luo Ai.

As everybody was confused about why she wanted to go with Lu Chen, Liu Fei Fei didn't care. She says,

"Look, if Lu Chen goes by himself to the hospital, then he would be all alone. It's better to have another person with him. My parents and student Lu's parents have been associated with each other for a long ti now. So it's better for to go so I can explain to them."

That's the reason Liu Fei Fei is going with. However, it's just a cover-up.
