Chapter 194: Almost got hoodwinked!
Every single ti Liu Fei Fei has been angry at Lu Chen, it was only irritation. This ti, it's nothing compared to what she had felt from the other tis. Liu Fei Fei couldn't stand Lu Chen at this mont.
"I don't give a damn if he's more injured than or not. But the sight of him trying to act like an "injured" person makes sick to the core." Venom is in his voice as each word coming out of his mouth makes people feel the chills.
The crowd looks at him with shock and surprise, wondering how much hate Lu Chen has for Long Shen.
Feng ifeng and Zhang Jian look at Lu Chen in worry and confusion. Lu Chen usually doesn't have loud outbursts like that. And behind the cold and malicious tone in his voice, Feng ifeng could feel sothing else behind it. Sothing much worse.
Seeing how the scene turned ugly, the nurse tries to soothe the situation, "Umm, young man, how about you board the second ambulance instead?" She figured the reason why Lu Chen was irritated was because Long Shen would be the person who will be going on board the ambulance ahead of him.
However, Lu Chen turns over the paradics with the glare still on his face, "You!"
"Yes, sir!" When he got the glare from Lu Chen, the paradic almost couldn't stand it as he stuttered his words. It felt like he was looking at an adult instead of looking at a young student.
"Aren't you a paradic? Shouldn't you do so first aid and check if what this man said is true or not?" It felt like everybody was going in slow motion.
Long Shen! You want to play this ga! Fine, I'll make you go to hell!
When the paradic heard what Lu Chen said, he nodded his head and turned red from embarrassnt. What Lu Chen said is correct. He has been too caught up with Lu Chen's emotion to think straight. He could do a quick check-up and first aid onto Long Shen and the others before the other ambulance arrived.
"You are right." The paradic says as he turns to Long Shen, "Young man, don't worry. I will do a quick check up on you and give you proper support for your arm." He didn't wait for Long Shen to say anything else as he went into the ambulance to get a support brace. (IDK what it's called XD.)
Hearing the paradic's support, Liu Fei Fei brightly smiles as she turns to Long Shen, "Shen Shen, isn't this great?" Even if Long Shen might not be the first person to go to the hospital, getting dical attention right now is the next best thing.
Long Shen didn't reply in the beginning, but he quickly regains his composure as a small smile forms on his face, "Yeah, this is good."
The officer quickly walked back to him with a cast for his arm, replacing Long Shen's blazer. After putting it onto his arm, the officer began to check up on Long Shen's vitals to see if he's ok.
Everybody around has been looking at Long Shen with worry as the paradic checks him. Nothing horrible could happen to their prince!
As the paradic checks and examines Long Shen's body, the paradic starts to frown. When everybody frowns, they couldn't help but let out a tense breath. Liu Fei Fei quickly asks him, "Is my Shen Shen ok?"
But the paradic didn't respond back to her. The only thought going through his mind is;
There is nothing wrong with his body?!
Yes, Long Shen's face is beaten to so degree, and his arm is broken. However, nothing else is wrong with his body. Then the paradic turns over to Lu Chen, who is still staring daggers at Long Shen.
Did the student realize that the other is lying? It all made sense now!
The paradic couldn't help but sucks his teeth. He had almost got hoodwinked by Long Shen!
Wait, I have to make sure. The paradic decides to do a double check on Long Shen as he says, "I'm going to press on so parts of the body. Tell if it hurts."
The paradic touches one part of his body, and Long Shen hissed in pain, "That part hurts." As the paradic continues to press around, Long Shen makes sounds on so parts while so not.
