The meeting was originally an oppressed one.

Dirk Carter, however, managed to turn the tide with just a few words.

This left Gilbert Dixon simmering with anger.

The moment the meeting ended.

He stormed out in fury.

Why does Gilbert Dixon need to give Dirk Carter a hard time the moment he arrives?

The reason is actually quite simple.

First, Gilbert Dixon used all his might back then to oust the former Secretary General, Gordon Ford, with the aim of getting himself promoted to the top position. He never expected Dirk Carter to appear suddenly and snatch the position from him, which naturally made him angry.

Second, although Gilbert Dixon is the second-in-command, he's used to being backed by others and throwing his weight around at the city office, viewing himself as the one giving orders, which is why he aims to suppress Dirk Carter.

Hoping Dirk Carter would be an easy target.

He never expected to end up in such a humiliating situation.

The feeling was really quite unpleasant.

He walked straight into the office of the comprehensive second section.

And said to a woman in a floral dress, "Vivy Upton, organize the data I asked for yesterday and bring it to my office immediately. I mean right now."

After speaking.

He turned and left.

Vivy Upton lifted her head.

With a face full of grievance.

She was a fair-looking woman in her mid-twenties.

She reluctantly got up.

Picked up a folder, and walked out of the office.

When she knocked on Gilbert Dixon's office door.

Gilbert Dixon was taking a box of medicine out of the drawer, pouring out five or six tablets and stuffing them into his mouth.

Then he put away the medicine box and said to Vivy Upton, "Close the door."

Vivy Upton stood in the middle of the office.

Because of the loose dress, her figure was concealed, but her face was still pure, a type most men would find attractive.

She stood there; clearly, she was a bit scared.

Murmuring, she said, "Secretary Dixon, I...I don't feel well today."

"I told you to close the door, didn't you hear?"

Gilbert Dixon repeated himself, obviously in a heavier tone.

Vivy Upton had no choice.

She closed the door, naturally locking it.

Gilbert Dixon pointed to the sofa, ordering, "Take off your clothes and lie down."

Despair flashed in Vivy Upton's eyes.

She put down the folder.

Her hand reached behind, gently unzipping the dress, her shoulder gave a slight shake, and the loose dress slipped off her shoulders.

In view was a tender, youthful body.

On her chest was a very ordinary bra, covering the two white rabbits.

Below was a pair of plain white cotton panties, which also seemed simple.

Gilbert Dixon frowned and said, "Why aren't you wearing the lingerie I bought you?"

Vivy Upton hesitated, saying, "It... it looked too... too strange."

Gilbert Dixon opened the desk cabi.

He took out an expensive-looking box, saying, "I have another set here, now change into it."

Vivy Upton opened the box.

Inside was a set of black lace lingerie.

She dared not delay.

Unfastened her bra.

Her two pale rabbits jumped out.

Then she took off the cotton panties.

She picked up the lace dress from the box and put it on.

This dress was extremely sexy and enticing.

It was almost transparent overall; when worn, though the two white rabbits seemed covered, they were only veiled, with just a thin layer of lace.

Critically, the crotch part of this dress was open.

The mysterious place was completely exposed before Gilbert Dixon's eyes.

She instinctively used her hand to cover the essential area.

Gilbert Dixon licked his lips.

He said, "Move your hand away."

After hesitating for a moment.

Vivy Upton moved her hand away.

Gilbert Dixon walked over to her, squatted right down, and carefully observed the garden, saying, "Of course it's pretty, but the hair has grown long again, lie down, I'll trim it for you."

"Secretary Dixon... I..."

Vivy Upton was naturally reluctant.

Gilbert Dixon stood up, his face stern, saying, "I told you to lie down, didn't you hear?"

Vivy Upton had no choice but to lie down on the sofa and spread her legs.

Gilbert Dixon then went into the lounge, bringing out a can of shaving foam along with a razor.

He crouched between Vivy Upton's legs.

Saying, "I'm starting now, don't move, if you get cut, don't blame me."

Vivy Upton pressed her lips together.

Not daring to utter a word.

At this moment, Gilbert Dixon opened the shaving foam lid, squeezing it onto Vivy Upton's Black Forest area, then spread it evenly with his hand.

He then picked up the razor.

Carefully scraping over the hair.

The curly hairs fell piece by piece.

After busying himself for a while, Gilbert Dixon grabbed a pre-prepared towel and wiped forcefully.

The once dense area now was completely barren.

Bare, resembling a white tiger.

As if admiring his masterpiece, Gilbert Dixon stared for a long time.

Then, he opened his mouth, stuck out his tongue, and suddenly "topped" it up.

After a session of "cleaning."

Gilbert Dixon seemed to feel something.

He stood up abruptly, quickly unbuckling his belt, pulling down his pants, and as he was ready to go, he watched the banana gradually soften, quickly turning into the form of a caterpillar.

A trace of frustration and helplessness flashed across his face.

Again with a cold, he said, "Put on your clothes and get out."

As if granted amnesty.

Vivy Upton hurriedly picked up her clothes from the ground.

Halfway through dressing.

Gilbert Dixon grabbed her hair harshly, venomously saying, "I repeat, if you speak of this to anyone, I will not let you go."

"Secretary Dixon, rest assured, I won't speak, I definitely won't."

Seeing Gilbert Dixon's fierce look.

Vivy Upton spoke in fear.

Only then did Gilbert Dixon release his hand, lying back on the sofa.

His face filled with anger and resentment, watching Vivy Upton flee.

After the door closed.

He swept his hand across the coffee table.

The teacup immediately fell to the ground and shattered.

Back to Dirk Carter.

Upon returning to the office.

He immediately called the office affairs section.

A few minutes later.

Bradford Lewis knocked on his office door.

After he let him sit down, Dirk Carter immediately asked, "I want to ask you something, is Gilbert Dixon a bit quirky?"

Bradford Lewis was taken aback.

Asked, "Why do you ask?"

"Just answer my question."

Bradford Lewis composed himself and nodded, saying, "He is somewhat quirky, has quite a temper, it seems like nobody meets his standards, everyone's usually a little afraid of him, he can scold people over trivial matters."
