Onigashima had been stopped at the last mont by Momonosuke, preventing it from crashing into the Flower Capital.
At Udon Prison, the defeated remnants of the Beast Pirates, King, Queen, and others, were imprisoned.
Roy's arrival was completely unexpected for King and the rest.
"Where are Kaido and Charlotte Linlin?" Roy asked King.
Given their current condition, their fate in front of Roy was obvious; they had no strength left to resist. All of them were well-behaved in Roy's presence.
"Unknown. Kaido-sama and Big Mom fell into the sea. Then a volcanic eruption occurred. They might've been swept away into the depths by the explosion," King replied.
"I see. Do you have their Vivre Cards? They're probably still alive." Roy asked.
"With bodies like theirs, even if they lost, they wouldn't die so easily," King said.
"I think so too. Killing them is difficult. I still have use for Kaido, so I need to find him," Roy said.
"What are you planning?" Queen asked.
"Nothing much. Just watch. The world is about to change. So King, did you see Joy Boy?" Roy asked.
"Kaido-sama once said only Joy Boy could defeat him," King answered.
"So, do you think I'm Joy Boy?"
"No. You're stronger."
"Hahahahaha! Kaido was defeated, but not dead. I could kill him, but the Straw Hat Kid only defeated him, right? I'll take that as a complint. Still, I'm pissed off right now and need soone to take it out on."
Roy laughed, but the look in his eyes made King, Queen, and the others tremble with fear.
It was clear that Roy was enraged, and they were worried about whether they'd survive. After that massive war, their bodies hadn't even fully recovered.
"Hey hey hey, you defeated pirates should face the justice you deserve!"
Before they could react, a voice cut through the tension.
A man in a Marine Admiral's coat and sunglasses appeared before them.
"That's…"
"Admiral Ryokugyu!"
"An Admiral actually ca here?"
"Damn it, did he co because Kaido-sama lost?!"
The Beasts Pirates instantly grew restless. Though imprisoned, they didn't want to be captured or executed by the Marines. Even if they had to fight to the death, they would.
"You scum belong at the bottom of the sea," Ryokugyusneered.
Suddenly, dark clouds gathered in the sky. The atmosphere turned suffocating as a terrifying force descended from above. Everyone felt the overwhelming pressure.
Even far away in the Flower Capital, where a lively feast was underway, Ace, Luffy, Kid, Law, and the others sensed the imnse presence. They all looked toward Udon Prison.
"This Haki…"
Ryokugyu took two steps back, his expression filled with panic.
CRACK!
A black lightning bolt shot into the sky. Instantly, the dark clouds rolled in, wind howled, and almost all the Beasts Pirates, except for the Calamities, were knocked out by the burst of Conqueror's Haki.
Ryokugyusaw a terrifying black figure, like a demon from hell, opening its mouth as if to devour him whole.
In that mont, Green Bull's body swelled and transford into a towering tree.
"This kind of Haki… It's you!!" Ryokugyu exclaid in fear, recognizing the person before him. He hadn't expected to encounter an Emperor here.
"My comrade was captured by the World Governnt. Perfect, I'll use your life as an offering for them."
The terrifying demon reached out its hand. Ryokugyuswung his fist in retaliation.
BOOM!
Black lightning shattered his wooden form. The tree-bodied Ryokugyulost half of his torso in an instant.
"Aaaaagh!!"
Another strike of Conqueror's Haki pierced through his body. Under the suppression of such overwhelming force, Green Bull's Devil Fruit powers began to fade.
"Impossible! My abilities… they're gone?" Ryokugyu's widened his eyes in disbelief.
"Two Admirals are troubleso. But one? You're just a target."
Footsteps echoed. Ryokugyulooked up to see Roy walking toward him, holding a pistol.
"No… I'll die… I'm going to die! What the hell is this guy? Why does he have such insane Haki?" Ryokugy muttered through clenched teeth.
He had forgotten sothing. Roy had faced the Five Elders alone, not so bum like him.
Ryokugyuhad underestimated the situation. After just taking down Weevil, he thought he could co to Wano and eliminate a fallen Emperor.
As a devoted follower of Akainu, he was obsessed with absolute justice.
CLICK!
The hamr of the pistol clicked. Ryokugyulooked up to see the gun aid directly at his head.
BANG!
The gunshot echoed. Blood sprayed from Green Bull's head.
"Hm?" Roy looked surprised. He turned his head and saw sothing growing out of Green Bull's body, a branch. In a few seconds, Ryokugyu was revived.
"Useless. Even if you kill , I'll keep coming back. I'm the user of the Mori Mori no Mi (Forest-Forest Fruit), a power born from nature itself," Ryokugyusaid grimly.
After the previous clash, he now understood Roy's terrifying strength. The sense of impending death had been real. If not for his unique ability, he would've been dead by now.
Unlike other Logia users, if his true body were destroyed, he'd be truly dead. But his forest powers gave him endless regeneration and vitality. Even on the sea, he could keep himself alive indefinitely.
That was the nature of his fruit; even without food or water, he could survive for years. As long as there was sunlight and soil, he could be regenerated endlessly.
"I see… Logia users really are troubleso. If that's the case, I'll just have to capture you," Roy said, reaching out and grabbing Green Bull's arm.
Green Bull's face changed, and he quickly reacted.
CRACK!
In the next second, he drew his sword and cut off his own arm.
Marine Admirals were no slouches with a sword. Aokiji, Kizaru, and even Akainu had once carried a sword when he was young. Fujitora and Ryokugyu were both swordsn.
Sensing the danger to his body, Ryokugyudidn't hesitate to cut off his arm and regenerate a new one.
"You actually wrapped your Haki around … You bastard!"
The earth trembled. Trees erupted like spears, the landscape transforming into a deadly forest.
"Killing you is annoying… and you're everywhere!" Roy said coldly, narrowing his eyes.
