Misumi Mikoto's voice ca through the phone, carrying both surprise and panic, but before Chen Yu could respond, she swiftly continued, "Doctor Chen, I am 18 minutes by car from Shigeyama City's Chōzuka, and Mr. Kube and I are trapped in a refrigerated truck.

Based on Misumi Mikoto's last words, it was apparent that she and Rokuro Kube had gone to this place called Chōzuka in Shigeyama City looking for so clues, and then were trapped by this truck driver nad Satoru Onuma in the refrigerated section of his truck as he attempted to commit murder. The address she gave last was indeed this Satoru Onuma's ho.
As long as they could find where this truck driver and his ho were located, it would be much simpler to analyze where Misumi Mikoto and Rokuro Kube might be.
