Chapter 19: Chapter 019: More Than Just Unsightly_1

She was wearing an oversized trench coat, with a hat and scarf wrapped tightly around her, revealing only a pair of eyes, glaring angrily at the man in front of her, “Didn’t I say not to co to school to find !”

“You said you wanted to see ,” Gu Hangshen extended his hand to help tidy her hair, but she swatted it away.

“I don’t want to see you now. Just go! I’m heading back.” Because she had just been running vigorously, Gong Xiaoqiao could feel a warm flow surging down below.

Gu Hangshen grabbed her hand from behind, “Xiaoqiao, you really dislike …”

“That’s not what I ant.”

“Since high school, you have never allowed

to visit your school, never let

appear in front of your classmates and friends. Am I that shaful?”

Gong Xiaoqiao felt a headache coming on.

He was far from shaful!

Didn’t this guy realize how attention-grabbing he was?

Every ti she appeared with him, she would be harassed with questions! She was just trying to avoid trouble and explanations, that’s all!

What’s with his look of grievance, his injured expression?

It seems like she’s the one who ends up suffering every ti, right?

For a mont, both of them were silent, saying nothing.

After standing for a while, Gong Xiaoqiao felt an increasing heaviness below, so uncomfortable that she could die, and she shook off his hand, finding a stone bench to sit on at random.

“Don’t sit, it’s cold on top!”

Gong Xiaoqiao squatted down, “It’s okay, I’ll just go back…”

Gu Hangshen slipped one hand under her knees and another behind her back, lifting her up, then sat down on the stone bench himself and placed Gong Xiaoqiao on his lap.

Gong Xiaoqiao was startled and struggled to get down, not daring to move too abruptly, “Gu Hangshen, what are you doing?”

“Sit still, let’s talk.”

“Do we have to talk now?”

“Yes.”

“Then let

get down first.”

“When it’s cold, you snuggle into my arms, but when you’re in a huff, you won’t even let

touch you, that’s really unfair…” Gu Hangshen mimicked Gong Xiaoqiao’s tone spot-on.

Gong Xiaoqiao’s mouth twitched, admitting his point.

Seeing Gu Hangshen pulling down the scarf that covered her face, Gong Xiaoqiao quickly guarded it, “What are you doing?”

“Looking at you.”

“What’s there to look at! You insist on seeing people, then let it be that I’m the one who can’t be seen, okay?”

“You’re such a child,” Gu Hangshen sighed, took off his coat to wrap her entirely in his embrace, and then a hand slipped under her clothes, resting on her lower abdon, as natural as could be.

“Are you still angry about what happened today?”

Gong Xiaoqiao’s face darkened at the ntion of it.

“You sought

out, and I was very happy. But I really was busy at that ti, can’t you stop being angry?” Gu Hangshen stuffed a big bag of snacks into her arms.

Gong Xiaoqiao didn’t speak, just silently opened a bag of Want Want Senbei, pulled down her scarf, and crunched away.

“Leng Jing said you haven’t had dinner. I made supper, stewed angelica ginger soup. Shall we go back to eat?”

Gong Xiaoqiao touched her empty stomach.

Whoever wanted to catch him had to catch his stomach first, Gong Xiaoqiao thought this saying was the truth.

Perhaps she could resist temptation of the flesh, but certainly not the temptation of food…

While Gong Xiaoqiao was having an internal struggle, the sound of disharmony ca from not too far away, a low murmur accompanied by the rustling of clothes…

Gong Xiaoqiao’s face darkened, how had she accidentally pulled him into the A University’s famous dating spot in the little grove…

“Do you want to continue staying here?” Gu Hangshen’s breath was close to her ear.

Gong Xiaoqiao: “Maybe we shouldn’t disturb others’ dining…”

Gu Hangshen chuckled softly.

“Alright, let

down, I can walk!”
